preserve your lower tax valuation BEFORE APRIL 30TH!

The Plateau Land & Wildlife Management has made it incredibly easy to dissect all of the “to dos” with owning new land. Download this guide and make sure that you follow the steps to preserve your lower tax valuation before the 4/30/2023 deadline.

This applies to anyone who has purchased property in Texas this past year with a current agricultural, timber, or wildlife management appraisal.

You must complete one of the following applications before the April 30th deadline

Complete Form 50-129: Application for 1-d-1 (Open-Space Appraisal) Agricultural Use

or

Complete Form 50-167: Application for 1-d-1 (Open-Space Appraisal) Timber Land Use

or

Complete Form 50-129: Application for 1-d-1 (Open-Space Appraisal) Agricultural Valuation

Wildlife Management Plan

 
 

PLEASE NOTE: Landowners are not required to submit an application in subsequent years unless requested in writing by the County Appraisal District or a change in ownership or size of the property occurs.
